About Qlinix Capital

This is some text inside of a div block.

Independent financial advisory for group practice owners.

Qlinix Capital helps group practice owners bring more discipline to growth decisions, cash flow planning, and long-term value creation.

Why This Work Exists

Most clinicians never set out to become operators, but eventually find themselves balancing payroll, growth, compensation, cash flow, hiring, and long-term business decisions.

Qlinix Capital was built to support that transition — with focused analysis, practical planning, and a clearer understanding of what strengthens enterprise value over time. The goal is not generic financial advice. It is better structure, clearer decision-making, and more optionality for the owner behind the practice.

How Qlinix Works With Owners

Financial discipline first

Sustainable growth starts with margin awareness, cash flow clarity, and a business model that can support the owner instead of constantly straining them.

Operational clarity

Advice is grounded in the realities of staffing, compensation, and day-to-day execution, not only high-level finance theory.

Long-term optionality

Enterprise value is built over time through better structure, stronger decisions, and more leverage for the owner at every stage.

Client story

From considering a sale to choosing growth.

About a year ago, I was wrestling with whether to sell my practice. I needed to understand what the practice was worth and why, and unfortunately, I had more questions than answers.

That’s when I started working with Matt at Qlinix Capital, and he helped demystify and add clarity to the financials for me.

He calculated and explained things like the clinic’s valuation, EBITDA, and SDE in a way that was easy to understand and approachable. He also identified the biggest factors that improved the value and what limited the value. Then we were able to create an action plan in order to grow the valuation.

The Qlinix reports tracked our progress every month, and the whole thing went from something intimidating and overwhelming to something I look forward to reviewing.

We even got so granular that we tracked individual clinician profitability, which empowered me to make the best personnel decisions for the future of the clinic.

Instead of selling, I ended up choosing to expand. Since then, I’ve greatly built up my cash reserves, restructured compensation in a way that’s made my therapists happier, and strengthened my profits by increasing them and making them more consistent.

If you’re a practice owner sitting in that same “should I sell or should I grow” spot, I really can’t recommend Matt and Qlinix Capital enough.
